In the Fine Chemical and Special Chemical industry, like the special material plant, the fertilizer plant, the pesticide plant, the pharmaceutical plant, the plastic plant etc,. the chemical effluent mainly includes wastewater from the production process, the rainny water, the cleaning water. 

Wastewater has the characteristics of high concentration of pollutants, large fluctuations in water quality and quantity, and containing toxic and harmful substances that are difficult to degrade.

The COD in the comprehensive wastewater is mostly about 10000mg/L, and the ammonia nitrogen is mostly 200~500mg/L.

Zero Liquid Discharge of Chemical Effluent

The zero discharge of the chemical effluent can recycle all the wastewater containing high salt and high pollutants (over 99%), so that the salts and pollutants in the water are concentrated and crystallized and discharged in solid, which can be used as industrial salt, liquid water can be reused in the production.

Process of treating chemical effluent

The deamination process, the hardness removal process, the SS removal process, the drying process are integarted with the Evaporation technology to treat the effluent from the Chemical Plant.

The effluent contains Ammonia and Nitrate or high SS, like the wastewater from the Fertilizer plant.

The effluent contains High COD, like the wastewater from Pharmacutical plant, Pesticide plant.

  • MEE mostly used to reduce the wastewater volume. 

The effluent contains High salty, like the process wastewater from special material plant, plastic plant.

  • MVR mostly used to save the energy consumption.
