- Drying:
Industrial salt dryer is a kind of equipment used to dry the wet salt. Fluid bed dryer is a new type of efficient dryer developed in recent years.
When in fluid bed, due to vapor and liquid contact in counter-current, with violent agitation, the solid particles suspend in drying medium, having a large contact area. No matter in heat transfer, mass transfer, volume drying and heat efficiency, the dryer has very good performance. Currently it has been widely used in chemical industry, light industry, pharmaceutical industry, food and other industries.
The machine generates excited force through the vibration motor, and the material jumps forward under the action of the excited force in the given direction. At the same time, the hot wind input under the bed makes the material in the fluid state, and the material particles fully contact with the hot wind, so as to achieve the ideal effect.
The material enters the machine from the inlet. Under the action of vibration, the material is thrown forward along the horizontal direction. The hot wind passes through the fluid bed and exchanges heat with wet material. The wet air is discharged from air outlet after dust removal by the separator , and the dry material is discharged from the discharge outlet.
Now the horizontal vibrating fluid bed dryer is used the most widely. Its shape and basic structure are similar to common horizontal fluid bed dryer. The difference is that the whole body of the vibrating fluid bed is supported on the base through the spring, the porous plate is slightly inclined to the discharge end, and one side or both sides is equipped with a vibration motor.
Depending on the dual effect of mechanical vibration and perforated airflow, the material moves forward under the action of vibration.
- Packing:

On the whole it can be automatically controlled. After bagging and clipping, the bag holder will automatically lift the bag to the fixed position through operating the start switch, and the blower will blow the bag at the same time.
